The first part of the Levi Dance Camp will take place 30.8.-1.9.2024!
Join us for a joyful Venetian atmosphere with an unprecedented fjumping party! Professional dance teachers Anne-Riina Hurskainen, Joonas Kainulainen, Alina Mustamaa and Arto Petjala will lead us into a fast-paced atmosphere of couple dancing with a Venetian twist.

In addition to the traditional orchestral dances, you will experience. Tuikun the legendary Tunturihumpa with a new kind of venetian twist!

The Levi Dance Camp was originally planned to start in 2025, but our enthusiastic partner from Lapland got us going and we will be able to enjoy the memorable Venetian atmosphere already this year. <3

There’s a lot of fun to be had in a great destination, for dancers of all levels!
The classrooms are located in Tuikus (Tuikuntie 11/ Tunturitie 421 Levi, 99130 Sirkka), and in the Event Centre Summit (Tunturitie 205, 99130 Levi), which is connected to Hotel Panorama.
Fair accommodation offers have been negotiated for campers from several accommodation providers in the area – Levi’s business owners have warmly welcomed dance campers to open the region’s brown season.

You can come on your own, with your partner, or in a larger group, whatever suits you. Our fast-paced pairing system ensures that everyone gets to dance! It’s quick and easy to learn in a partner exchange ring, but you can also dance with just your partner if you prefer.

Choose your preferred class and register at the Tuiku Events Office at least 30 minutes before the class starts.

The camp has dance classes for beginners and more experienced dancers.
The dance classes run in three halls at the same time, and for this camp we have introduced more upbeat swing dance styles.
This time there will be no Tango dancing at all, due to the Tango Weekend in Ylläs.

The additional programme is included in the price of the pre-purchased camp pass free of charge (total value 22 € (orchestra dances & mountain hiking))! Buy your camp pass conveniently in advance in the online shop!
Tickets for side events will also be sold on the event website during the camp weekend:
– Saturday dance instructor-led Tunturihumppa at Tuikus 5 € /person
– Saturday orchestral dances at Event Centre Summit 17 € /person
At the same time as the Levi Dances Dance Camp in the neighbouring mountain of Ylläs, theMenomono Tangoilee event organised by theMenomono Dance Association will be held under the direction of Kimmo Lasanen!
For this reason, there will be no Tango dancing at Levi Dances. In addition to other traditional dance styles, there will be a lot of fun and excitement for dancers interested in more unusual styles. Make the most of the weekend and visit both fells, the distance by car is less than an hour!
