The hotels and other accommodation options available have reserved rooms for dance campers, which will be cancelled 30 days before the event.
Rooms will then be available according to the hotels’ booking status.

You can arrive at the courses without pre-registration. Please allow enough time and arrive at least 30 minutes before the course starts.

Cancellation

If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your participation, please read the instructions below and contact our sales service immediately.

24 h before the start of the course
Courses cancelled at least 24 h before the start of the course, paid online or in advance by card or cash, will be fully refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.

At least 30 days before the event
You can cancel 30 days before the event. We will charge a handling fee of €49 for the refund (except for the medical certificate).

Less than 15 days before the event
Cancellations less than 15 days before the event will be charged the full price of the paid course (except for medical certificate).

Please inform our sales service immediately of the cancellation and provide the necessary documents (medical certificate, copy of the receipt for the paid course fee and bank details) for a refund. If the above conditions are met, we will refund the course fee as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the above documents at the e-mail address below.
