Villa Havula is a detached house built in 1948 in Ranua, Southern Lapland.
The yard has been home to a watch shop, established in 1953, which sold and serviced watches, jewellery and decorative items, and Philips Oy, which sold radios and televisions.
Later the house has been used as a residential building.
The house was renovated for tourism in 2016-2017, when it underwent a complete renovation, down to the floors.
